It was in 1988 when Milan Horak received a certificate to begin his own company, providing services in the industry of polygraphy in the Czech Republic. After the revolution of 1989, the Tisk Horak Corporation began to grow into a big and dynamic company. Within a few years, Tisk Horak, expanded from one printing machine and two workers to a well established corporation with eighty employees and top quality printing machinery.

Mr. Horak understood the importance of building his company with world class equipment and for this reason, Tisk Horak offers a wide spectrum of services from graphic design to final product, including cargo service according to customers' needs.

On September 30, 1996, The Milan Horak Printing Co. received the prestigious award of the Czech Industry Association - CZECH MADE (609207). This prize was awarded for the period of two years and was again granted in 1998.

In 1999 Tisk Horak became CSN DIN ISO 9002:1994 certified by TÜV MANAGEMENT SERVICE GmbH followed by CSN ISO 9001:2000 in 2003. The company was included among Czechs 100 most dynamic firms in 2001 and 2002.
